For Sale “Spirit” a very nice 1981 CD27 Hull #212 In the water and berthed in Branford, CT
Hello and thanks for looking. “Spirit” is in good shape. Not a project boat that includes important upgrades this season.

Cutlass bearing professionally replaced ($1500.00)
Prop and drive shaft balanced when cutlass was done.
Two new group 24 AGM Batteries - ($500.00)
New Battery charger / conditioner - ($150.00)
New Raymarine ST2000+ auto-tiller ($450.00)
Luff tape/lines added to 150 Genoa to improve sail shape when furling to reduce headsail area… Also protective UV edging on Genoa resown this season. ($300.00)
Rule electric bilge pump (new this year) ($80.00)
Rebuilt Whale Gusher manual bilge pump. (works well)

CDI F6 Furling system.
5 Sail inventory - Mainsail in good condition - good working#3 jib - Old #2 130gen. needs work - Good #1 -150 genoa on furler. Also a like new light air drifter.

What a great looking boat! I have CD27 #151 and love it! I noticed in the pictures the prop zinc you were using. What that custom or something off the shelf?

You should have no problem getting a great number for Spirit!
