What is a used CD25 worth.

I would like to know what a used CD25 is worth. The one I am looking at is in good condition with a trailer, instruments and Yanmar diesel.

If it has a diesel, it is probably a CD-25D, not a CD-25. I've heard of only one CD-25 that had a diesel installed by the owner. The CD-25 (without a deisel) usually sell for $4k to $9k, depending on age, condition, and equipment. A CD-25D will start in the mid teens. The 25D is not just a 25 with a diesel in it; they are very different boats.

I paid $8500 in fall '98 for a 1981 cd25, one owner, lightly used, in exc. condition (surveyed). No frills such as gps, radio, stove, etc., but a good basic boat ready to sail.
