Anyone have a used pair for sale? Looked at Spartan but too pricey for me.

Thanks.

Off hand, I didn't see any Ty stuff in the pics, but maybe you'll get lucky.

Thanks for your help! Nothing for a Ty. I'll look for another response maybe that will head me in the right direction.

Thanks again!

I may be completely wrong (wouldn't be the first time...),
but I really don't recall Ty's having bronze port lights.

Typhoons came with plastic ports but many people have replaced them with bronze. No one ever gets rid of their bronze ports, so there is little chance of finding used ones off of a Typhoon. If you search long and hard enough there may be so more affordable 4" round ones available but none of them are going to be cheap. Used ones are much more rare than hens teeth.

I know it is not the same but you could paint the ones you have. I did this on my old Ty as I also found, Spartan, bronze ports to be out of my price range. I got a rattle can of bronze finish paint and from a short distance, they look like bronze. Close up, they look like nicely painted plastic. A can of paint was less than 10 bucks so it was a cheap improvement. The bonus is that you get to rebed them at the same time, Steve.

got my non-opening bronze ports from ABI. Dont know if they are still in business. Reasonably priced. Never needed opening ports!

This place typically has a bunch of used bronze ports. They are in Portland, ME and are only open on Saturday. Hamilton Marine's new location is just down the street.
