1982 Cape Dory 25D extensively refitted in 2007 with new mast, rigging, engine, trans, prop shaft, sails, all receipts on hand. Boat was subsequently cruised in fresh water in Oregon and BC interior. This is one tough little boat that will take you anywhere. Sitting on a good quality custom trailer pulls easily with my 1 ton pickup. Full structural survey and maintenance records available to interested parties. Assessed at last survey at CA$35000 for boat, the trailer is worth 8-10K so CA$30K for the whole package is very fair.
Main cabin 1 pull out double and 1 single berth, 1 quarter berth, sleeps 4, comfortable for a couple with small children. Marine head in bow instead of V berth means more open space in main cabin and lots of storage.
