I am looking to buy a CD in the 18 to 22 foot range. A Typhoon, Typhoon Weekender/Senior, or CD 22 would be ideal. I want to sail not renovate so the boat should be in good condition in and out. Don't mind routine maintenance just don't want a project. Would prefer a boat located in Texas where I live (Lake Travis). Thanks!

I’d be happy to send you photos of a pair of Typhoon Weekenders that are for sale: both are in the final stages of restoration (one was extensive, the other minimal), just needing refinished teak trim to be reinstalled. Both come with new sails and newly finished aluminum trailers, brand new Yamaha 2.5 hp l/s outboard or “like-new” Honda 2 hp l/s 4-stroke outboard. Delivery to TX a possibility... I have a pretty special little Cape Dory 22 which believe it or not happens to be on Lake Travis, that is going up for sale this month if you'd like to see her. She's at Marshall Ford. We've put a lot of love in to her.
