Typhoon trailers for sale...

Post by Alan Stewart »

I have 2 Typhoon trailers available currently: The first is a galvanized bunk-style “float-off” with telescoping tongue extension, designed to carry up to 22’ sailboat with draft of 2-4 ft. (bunks are adjustable), all-welded frame with channel-steel, hot-dip galvanized, similar in construction to a Triad or RoadKing trailer. Excellent condition with new suspension, new bunks & carpet, brand new tires & spare, new winch, taillights, wiring - ready to go. No rust anywhere on this trailer. $1,650 p/u in SC, $1,950 delivered anywhere on the East Coast.
Second trailer is an aluminum Wesco trailer with torsion-bar axle, all-new tires + spare, new welded alum. crossbeams with 4 new adjustable padded screwjacks, new solid galvanized keel tray with carpet, new galvanized 10’ telescoping tongue extension, custom 5’ tall mast carrier w/adjustable winch arm & bow rest. Beautiful condition, ready to go. $2,500 in SC, or $2,800 delivered anywhere on the East Coast.
Both trailers have new SC titles, and come with 1 year warranty. Also included are ratchet strap tie-downs and solid rubber wheel chocks. Contact me for photos and other details @ 843-450-2498. Thanks for your interest!

Trailer update...

Post by Alan Stewart »

I just finished delivering trailers to Miami, NC & MD. Expect next aluminum trailer to be available in April and could bring it to mid-Atlantic region or New England in May(?) when delivering pre-sold trailer up
to NH...
Thanks everyone for your business! Best wishes for the upcoming sailing season wherever you sail!
Cheers,

I just purchased a trailer from Alan. Alan was absolutely wonderful to deal with. The trailer was delivered exactly as as described. Alan went above and beyond expectations. He included a wrench to adjust the bunkers and tie down straps which was totally unexpected.
