Replacement Navigation Lights

On my 27, I removed my Nav lights for teak refinishing and found that the plastic inserts (red, green and clear) had melted over time. I believe they are Perko lights but I don't see any direct replacements in the major catalogs. Does anyone have info on direct replacements??

Ordered mine from the West Marine store near me. They had a catalog rack at the service desk that had a Perko catalog. I paid list, which was not very much. They came in about a week later.
