1980 Cape Dory Typhoon for sale. Located at Crescent Yacht Club in Chaumont, NY on Lake Ontario.
Boat is in very good/excellent condition: bought from second owner in September of 2016. Boat was sailed on Keuka Lake until 2016. No soft spots, no sagging in the cabin, no need for post

Previous owner oiled the wood so I cleaned it and left it as is
