WTB - Cape Dory 25D

I'm in the market for a new sailboat, and the 25D looks just about perfect. Any within spitting distance of Long Island Sound for sale (or could be for sale)?

Am in Boston area and was planning to put my 1984 25D on the market this summer. Boat is being launched in May and going on the market in mid-July time frame. Have owned the boat for 5 years and am fixing up another boat for 2019 launch. Happy to send info on the boat and answer any questions.
