1977 Typhoon Weekender For Sale $4k

Love this boat, and will regret selling it, but I'm not able to use it as much as I would like to.

Dry hull in good shape, stored under a cover every winter.
Standing rigging replaced in the nineties.
Last time the winches were apart and rebuilt was around 2010.
Main and jib from Cruising Direct (North Sails Direct) in early 2000's, probably have fewer than 100 hours on them.
New main block and cleat from a few years ago.
New jib leads and tracks from a few years ago.
New jib halyard and main sheet this summer.
Newer unused head.
No wiring.
Original wood outboard bracket.
No outboard, no trailer. Will come with stands pictured.
