In the next few weeks I am going to be reinstalling the mast. It is stepped on the keel. I have never attempted this except on a 16' daysailer and am a little intimidated. The yard people will be there to do a lot of the grunt work but i would like to minimize their time. Any tips or tricks out there? The mast is painted and I would like to minimize scratches, etc. They will be using a crane.
