Cape Dory 270 Needs Home

I have a CD270 (Hull #8) located in Madisonville, LA that needs a new home and a good amount of TLC. Louisiana weather hasn't been kind to us for a few years now and due to health reasons I am no longer able to make her the project she needs to be. Many parts, extras, sails, etc. have been in storage and available. Boat is sound and afloat but neglected and needs work.
