Cape Dory 27 for sale in Rhode Island

My Cape Dory 27 is looking for a new loving owner (you could be her fourth owner).

The boat is currently on land in East Providence, RI.

I just had a marine survey performed on July 16, 2016 and will be happy to email a copy of the survey to those seriously interested in making an offer.

Baraka is hull number 44, and was built in 1977. Formerly moored at Round Pond, Maine, I purchased her from
Robinhood Marine in the summer of 2000. Sails were new at that time (Anson (NH) sails, full battened main, 135% roller furling jib.
She is a wonderful boat to sail. I have never raced her, rather using her for daysailing on Narragansett Bay . The bilge has been
completely dry for all of the years that I have owned her .

My family is grown , my wife is not a sailor ; and having recently turned 70 , I have reluctantly decided that it is time for another family to adopt her .

Asking $10,000 or best reasonable offer.

The 27 is a wonderful Cape Dory, and that price is a real bargain.
I already have a 27 or I would be flying up there to take a look.
