Replacement galley sink--cd 27

Post by Northstar1014 »

Does anyone know the sink brand or has anyone found a suitable stainless replacement sink?

I can't offer a specific replacement but the sinks of this size are known as "bar" sinks. Google "stainless bar sinks" and you're on your way.

Are you looking for an exact replacement? That might be hard to find. You might find a Bar sink that would fit, or maybe, you could get a steam table tray from a restaurant supply that would fit. The tiny sink in our 27 is almost useless, it does funnel water down toward the drain, but neither a pot nor a dish will fit into it.

The sink brand was Polar. Still in business as far as I know. They might not be making sinks any more though.

I found an exact replacement for my CD25 at Katom Restaurant Supply. The dimensions on mine were 11 3/4" x 9 3/8" x 4" deep with a 2" drain.

https://www.katom.com/002-1318.html

They also have one a bit larger and 6" deep

You'll be surprised how inexpensive these particular models are.

Good Luck

Thanks so much!

I think the Katom site is the ticket.
