Help Please! CD28 powerboat

What solutions has anyone found to the aluminum corrosion of window frames? I need some suggestions as to how I can at least slow the process.

A couple of general comments, which may or may not be helpful:

The frames on my 30' powerboat have done pretty well - they are painted.

Most of the corrosion I have seen on aluminum on boats has been where it was in contact with another metal, such as stainless steel, in the presence of salt spray. This causes galvanic corrosion of the more active aluminum. If this is what you are seeing, you might try caulking where the steel contacts the aluminum to reduce the contact and keep salt water out of the gap.
