WTB: Cape Dory Handy Cat

I am looking to purchase a Cape Dory Handy Cat. If anyone knows of one for sale, please let me know. I would even be interested in a bit of a project boat. I am located in Southern Maine but am willing to travel to get a good boat. Thanks.
