What is the going rate for financing $150K - $200K? I spoke with Essex credit today and was quoted 7.99%. They would waive documentation fees ($250.00)

Brad - I did a bit of competitive shopping when I purchased my CD two years ago. The best overall deal I could find, after I included any additional charges such as application fees etc., was from US/Boat. I do not know what the going rates are, but I would suggest you give them a call.
