Have to ask, was your assistance below hoisting you with a winch on the mast? It'd take me a while before I'd hike up there without it!

i was below at the base of the mast; hoisted my son in the bosun's chair with the main halyard and winch and my wife on the jib halyard as a secondary line. we were more anxious than my son who took the pictures after the job was done.
