1981 cd 22 with 2006 triad trailer

We're looking to buy a bigger sailboat so the 22 needs a new owner...I have owned her for 5-6 yrs....has a very nice 2006 triad trailer(cost 4k new) along with a newer main and 2 yr old 150 north rf headsail on a 2yr old cdi furler....this is a very nice sailboat ...always freshwater...interior is probably a very strong 8 or 9....I have an older evinrude 4hp mounted on a removeable typhoon mount...you can redo that if it doesn't suit your needs...I am in Minnesota.....serious inquiries only please......In the last month I have repainted the nonskid with interlux interdeck, two coats of sickens, and two coats of interlux bottomkote act bottom paint....also purchased a new spare tire for travel....nothing left to do but go sailing..On hold...new purchase fell thru
