try looking at sailboatlistings.com, sailingtexas.com, craigslist.com, ebay.com, etc, etc.

then try BUC website and NADA for used boats

EDIT: If you know a Yacht Broker - ask them what the final selling price was - they can get this info since the asking prices on yachtworld are useless indicators of value for the most part...Also as you probably know most asking prices are typically not the ultimate selling price - general consensus is that 20% or so is the normal discount off "asking price". YMMV...;>

EDIT: this will give you a non-scientific range of prices. ultimately the local market will drive pricing, as well as time of year, condition, and number of CD TY's on sale at any given point in time...etc. now is when the bottom feeders hit the boat market looking for people who don't want to pay winter storage...

if you are in no rush to sell, price it at the high end of the range +20% and see if you get any bites. i suspect your best bet is list it high now, then wait it out until spring when more buyers are in the market (and assuming economy is still good so people will buy). Also, a functional trailer or one that can be "road worthy" for short money is going to accelerate the deal - maybe worth spending some money to make it roadworthy?

good luck

Another question you might ask is what you'd pay for it!
