If I didn't already own a 22D, I would buy that boat sight unseen in a heartbeat. (Which is what I did with mine and have no regrets.)

This is an absolute steal... somebody better buy this boat. I would if I didn't already have a Ty Senior, basically the same hull minus the inboard.

Hi folks,

I drove from CT to ME yesterday, and had the opportunity to stop in and see this particular CD22D. From the pictures and description, it sure does look like a steal!

Here's what isn't in the description:
-the boat was last launched in 1996.
-the boat was stored for MANY years with water IN the boat, above the floorboards - interior needs to be completely gutted and rebuilt (notice how there aren't any interior pictures?).
-1GM Yanmar engine is seized and needs to be replaced.
-Trailer needs work.

I personally think the price is fair (if not a little high) for a project of this magnitude. HOWEVER, if someone was looking for a fun project - this would be it, hull is in great condition, and there are almost no cracks in the deck (and no delamination).
