1989 Cape Dory Mark II for sale in DC

Looks like a good deal but not in my neighborhood. Anyone near Washington, DC may want to take a look and tell us all if it is a good deal.

He ended the auction referenced in this post early saying the boat was no longer available. Now the boat is reposted with a buy it now of $15K. Possibly he figured he could get more than he was asking in the original listing??

In the previous ad from 3 weeks ago the engine had less than 500 hours, now it has less than 600 hours. He also previously gave some information about a leaking hatch and portlight that has been omitted in the current listing.

We also saw this seller got a negative rating from another boat sale where the buyer said the boat was not as described.

We had been considering bidding on this boat, but all things considered at this point I don't think we will unless we can actually inspect the boat first.
