"Caliente" had a compete retrofit in 2004-05 including all surfaces,wiring,
new engine and electronics. She was lightly used when I purchased her in 2010.
We have added new sails, double lifelines, chart plotter, awning, dripless stuffing box, shore power with battery charger, head and ultra-suede cushions in the main cabin. She comes with a Yamaha 3hp engine and a new inflatable. We added a Fairclough winter cover last fall.
"Caliente" is the perfect cruiser for a day-sail or a summer-long cruise.
