Looking for Eastern Canadian Cruising Information

Post by Evergreen »

Hello:

This summer we were considering revisiting Labrador on Evergreen and then returning via the Quebec shore (the north shore of the Gulf of St Lawrence), then over to Anticosti, then south along the shore of the Gaspe penninsula, and on to PEI. If we can't do it all in one season then we will split in into two seasons for seperate areas.

We are looking for information from anyone who has visited any of these areas.
We would like to have recommendations both for and against areas as well as any useful insights that you may have gained during your cruise
.

We have all the guides and offical information. We are just looking for personal knowledge gained first hand.

Also, in the future, if anyone plans to visit Maine or any of the Canadian Maritime areas, we are in the process of organizing all our log notes and obtained information into a informal cruising guide which we would be willing to share with others.

Many thanks,
Philip & Sharon
