North East CD association

During the winter 98/99 we had quite a bit of activity on this web about forming a North East / New England / East Coast etc. association and/or affiliation etc.
Given my somewhat central location in Lisbon CT, with the interest ranging from Maine to Maryland and beyond (and we have a large common room), a few people have suggested we host an informal meeting.

I would like to see a New England group, there is a CD sailboat owners assoc. out of Annapolis area but never seem to have any activities up here.
