Curious who owns the CD's around Cape Ann

I am wondering whether the owners of the couple of Cape Dory's around Cape Ann are members of the board? To my knowledge, we have the only one in Essex Bay. I see a 28 with a wheel and a 30 with a tiller moored next to each other in the Annisquam. We see the 28 out sailing in Ipswich Bay pretty regularly when we are on the way back to the mooring from a weekend away. I know that there are a few in Salem Sound and I have seen them at places like Great Misery.
