Polar Bears on Isle Royale

The National Park Staff did not respond to my insistance they had a problem with bears on their Lake Superior Island! My borhter and his wife are currently on their passage to this very harbor across Lake Superior as I type.



And I have always loved this photo he took of his son, my nephew Austin, and I leaving Schooner Bay to cross Superior for Grand Marais, MN.
