I went to look at this boat yesterday. It's mostly original and probably sail-able in protected waters, but it will need a complete restoration -- and it may be worth the effort. I'm not an expert but here is what I saw:
Deck appeared sound
Rigging is in tact and sound
Hull is marred a there is a lot of patchwork below the waterline
Rudder may not be the original and there is past damage to where it attaches to the keel base. However, it currently works without any play
All woodwork is in place but will need extensive repair or replacement
Trailer does not seem will suited to the boat and is primarily utilitarian.
Hope this helps -- at the right price might be a good project for someone with the skill and time to put her right.
