How to navigate the message board....index page

How to navigate your way through the message board using the new software:

First, start at the beginning on the board's "index" page. [NOTE: This is not the CDSOA's home page, you'll find our home page at http://www.capedory.org.]

You can easily get to the message board's index page from our home page. Just click on "CD Message Board" located in the menu on the left side of that page. If you'd rather get to the message board using a browser "bookmark" or "favorite", please bookmark the index page rather than using one of the discussion forums for your bookmark. Why? We currently have 8 discussion forums in 3 areas and you don't want to miss what's new in any of them.

The web site navigation bar is located at the top of the index page. You'll also see it at the top of each discussion forum and message/topic thread.

The navigation banner is located a couple of inches from the top of the page. You'll also find it in the same location in each of the discussion forums as well as in each message/topic thread.

Click on the "Discussion Forums" icon from the index page, from any of the discussion forums or from any message/topic thread to get back to the message board's index page where you can select a different forum.

The animated banner in the center of the navigation banner can change at any time. But it is linked to another page on our web site. So clicking on the animation will take you away from the message board to another area of our web site. To get back to the message board, just click on the "CD Message Board, item in the menu on the left side of that page. [NOTE: You'll find that menu on every page EXCEPT for those of the message board and the online chandlery.]

Click on the "Need help starting?" icon for some simple basics about using the message board's software.

The message board's navigation "tools" are located a few inches from the top of the page, below the Navigation Banner.

You'll find the navigation tools on the board's index page as well as in each forum and each message/topic thread.
