CD28 Club Jib Mounting??

I have a CD28 (1984) and am uncertain of the correct mounting hardware. Mine simply has a bolt and nut which holds the club to the mount on the deck. Is this correct or am I missing some special piece?? If so what is it called and where can I get the part?? Thanks in advance!
