i would like to add a permanently attached swim ladder to the transom of our cd 27. most of the stand offs on available ladders are the same length as the mounting pads so that the ladder will not hang vertical on a sloping transom. anyone know of a supplier and product that will work on a non vertical transom?
additionally, i have a ring to mount on the mast for a new whisker pole. the track and adjustable car looked nice but at some point the money thing rears its ugly head. as my wife likes to say,"lets pretend we have a budget on this". how do i determine a good height? i understand the pole should be level when deployed. should i go sailing and hold the pole and mark the mast?
thanks

Re: spring projects
The prior owner of LIQUIDITY solved that problem by lashing a fender to the swim ladder.craig wrote:i would like to add a permanently attached swim ladder to the transom of our cd 27. most of the stand offs on available ladders are the same length as the mounting pads so that the ladder will not hang vertical on a sloping transom. anyone know of a supplier and product that will work on a non vertical transom?
