Is there any benefit to have the chart plotter feature along with the GPS (I sail in Maine waters and have a depth sounder).
Garmin seems to be the choice of many, but are there others on the market which would perform just as well?
What about the type of charts loaded on these units? Any one more flexible or better than others?
Which of these GPS has a screen which would show up well in bright daylight?
