Added a 2nd dorade box and stainless cowl vent. Looks pretty good - doesn't do anything, but looks good.

Looks very good. CD30's need that for a balanced appearance.
I have one in pieces for my 30. One day I may install it.
Not sure why you did not make it functional though.

Why not make the starboard side dorade vent active ? it's over the hanging locker,(shower on some CD30's). I have considered doing this on my boat but haven't got around to it. Wouldn't be difficult. Looks great
