Post by Robert Hunter »

Need a new sail and am having trouble finding a source that knows the specs for the Gunter sail that came on the CD14.
Does anyone know the specs for the sail?

I had a CD14 sail made for me a couple years ago that came out very nice. I contacted Doug Burtner (http://www.haarsticksailmakers.com/) and sent him my old sail. I presume he still has the measurements.

Gibe him a call at 800-342-5033 and see if he can make one for you.

CD 14 sail

I just had a new sail made by Doyle [Super Sail] that came out a perfect fit for my original spars. There is a wear/reinforcement patch that needs to be just right for the jaws of the gunter. The price was also right. The specs should be in the Doyle data system.
