Headroom in CD 25

Does anybody know the EXACT headroom in a CD 25?

5 feet when you're standing on the bilge compartment cover. I know this because my girlfriend is 4'11'' and can stand up straight (without shoes or a hat) I think the 25 D offers more but I'm not sure.

The CD 25 and the CD 25D are totally different designs. Spend just a few minutes on each and you'll understand.

The 25 is a capable daysailor and camping style coastal weekend cruiser. The 25D on the other hand is essentially a CD 28 with three feet taken out. The 25D will take you around the world if you're so inclined.

Obviously, they have different price points, too.

What sort of sailing are you planning?
