The Last Hull Plate

Post by Oswego John »

After over two years of blood, sweat and aggravation, the last steel plate is being fitted, cut to shape and welded in on the 85' schooner OMF Ontario. If some of you remember, it is hard to believe and understand that the steel plate was being attacked by microbiological forces.

Dang, those little buggers must have some sharp teeth. :D

Here is a shot of the Ontario in better days. We'll be back, again.

OJ,

I'll bet that steel plate was adjacent to some DC wiring that was twisted backwards.
