I'm trying to sort out differences in the 19' Typhoons. I've seen pictures of a substantially open DAYSAILER with tiny cuddy, and I've seen/sailed the Weekender with 2 quarter berths and a vee-berth, and I've seen pictures of a version with 2 berths. It is the latter which interests me; the 4-berth version is definitely too cramped and the 2-berth model looks more comfortable for 1-2 folks to overnight in. But what is that model called? How do I identify it? Is it also a Weekender?
Many thanks,

Re: Typhoon 19' layout variations
I have Typhoon number 22, made in 1965 I think. It is the two berth model you describe. I do not know if it has a specific model name or it's just the way they were originally made.Bob Cavenagh wrote: I'm trying to sort out differences in the 19' Typhoons.
