Rigrite shows all the parts and diagrams on the web site. I don't
know if they really have all the parts or the price. Try fax or phone
contacting them has been a problem in the past, I think they still
don't do email.

Dwyer Mast has an extensive selection of small boat masts and
accessories. Back about 8 years ago I needed some fittings for
a previous boat on short notice (pending vacation). They went
above and beyond to get me the parts very quickly.

Well, you can buy them (ouch, says my sensitive wallet, but if you want the original rig, there it is):

You can also roll your own in various ways:

Since you do mention "plans", though I have nothing specific there, I thought I'd mention that my own approach (as I see that the CD14 sail looks a bit too much like it might be original, ie, 44-45 years old, with some holes developing) is to see if the used sail inventory of some of my friends with "real boats" include any lightweight sails with enough fabric for me to cut them down to use on the 14. Some of the duckworks articles have got me thinking about other sail shapes, as well. If you can find some locally, used sailboard masts evidently offer some good starting points.
