Tuna with White Bean Salad

Post by Kquist »

1 can dark Tuna drained (or your choice of tuna)
1 small red onion, diced
1 can White Beans, drained and rinsed
Balsamic Vinegar

Dice one small red onion. Add tuna and beans to the onion and mix well. Drizzle good quality balsamic vinegar over the top and season with salt and pepper to taste.

I serve this over mesculan greens with a little olive oil or rolled up in a flour tortilla. It is very simple, healthy and delicious.
