sleeps seven

Post by paul marti »

Having cruised a CD33 for 15 years I think the seller is stretching that "sleeps seven comfortably" line, unless perhaps they are wee-little people. A great boat but for sleeping, four are comfortable any more becomes somewhere between, cozy, intimate and annoying, sometimes all in the same night.

Sleeping

Post by Tom Keevil »

Our 33 does drinks for 6, dinner for 4, and sleeps 2.

Of course we exceed those on occasion, but sleeps 7? I don't think so.

With the insert in the v-berth, a 28 comfortably sleeps two adults + two labs.

MMMMMMMMmmmmm,

6+4+2= 12.
After our last party, that's about how many I found, in the morning, laying about the boat.
What happens on the boat, stays on the boat!

On the surface, the asking price appears more than fair, especially with a brand new Westerbeke.

Perhaps that explains why we see so many pirates with an eye patch.
