Home Made Taco Seasoning

1 T chili powder
2 t onion powder
1 t ground cumin
1 t paprika
1 t garlic powder
1 t ground oregano
1 t sugar
1/2 t salt

mixed spices = 1 1/4 oz commercial product. Add to 1 lb cooked hamburger meat.

Commercial products say add 2/3 0r 3/4 h20. I add some and simmer until it cooks out. Just as good and you can make it as hot as you want and maybe you already have the spices.
