Looking for someone that has installed a rigid boom vang the manufacturer, the performance, the pitfalls, Thanks

I installed a Garhauer unit. It works great. Only pit fall was that I can no longer locate my portable AC unit over the main cabin. The location of the hatch and the boom vang prevent it from being used there. I now put the portable AC over the V berth.

I have a regular vang on my CD25. I added a Boomkicker and love it. It was easy to install, and I did away with the topping lift.
