If you want xerox copies of the origonal Cape Dory Typhoon brochure, I can help. The brochure has a small photo of the interior of the Typhoon weekender, as well as a sail plan and lists of standard equipment/features.
Based on that and other experiences, I can tell you that the interior of the CD-19 is "tuff" as is! Blue vinyl cushions is all that seperates a basically white, fiberglas interior. There's little of the typical Cape Dory teak, except for the small shelves on the hull. Home's what you make it I guess, and there's essentially a very small, but bare "clean slate" to start with on this boat.

Anything else, please drop me an e-mail.

regards,

Stu Timm

Why would you want a bow rail? We think that all it does is get in the way and clutter up the lines of a sweet looking boat.

I agree with Serge...I would guess the bow rail is to assist crew while making sail changes. Instead, I would recommend spending the money and effort on a roller furler system/sail modifications that have a much more functional and aesthetic return on investment.
