28 ft. cape dory sailboat, 1983. Carl Alberg design, fiberglass sloop, full keel w/cutaway forefoot. clubfooted selftending jib, 29"01" oal with bowsprit, volva penta marine diesel engine md7b 15 hp. 2 cylinder. sleeps 4/5 people. displacement 9,000 lbs. refrigeration. Needs new interior, vhf, and the pressurized alchol stove needs rebuild kit. very solid boat. bronze ports, 2 deck hatches. holds 60 gals fresh water, has a 24 gal. waste holding tank,with Y valve.
