Greetings
Last fall when I hauled out my boat I noticed after she sat on the hard for a few weeks I got the infamous blue cobalt ooze. It came from inside the rudder shaft that leads down from the cockpit. It dripped down and created a trail on my rudder. So my question is, why am I getting ooze from my rudder shaft through the hull, and is it serious? (there is nothing visually wrong that indicates a problem). Has anyone had this happen before? Is there an internal problem that needs to be addressed and if it is a problem how do I fix before I put her back in the water? Any advice would be great! Thanks again for any help.
