1 gm transmission oil

Does anyone know how much transmission oil the 1 gm takes? He wants to know so that he knows how much transmission oil he needs before going down in the hole.

Not very much and it is the same stuff as for the engine crank case. Certainly not a quart. As I recall.

The manuals ended up on the other boat, 100 miles away. We will get all together, but probably not today
