anti fouling matrix

Several years ago I had my Cape Dory 36 rebuilt by a wonderful builder from Belgium who saddly has become lost to me. One of the many things he did for me was apply a antifouling copper matrix to the hull of my boat. He said that this was a European product and not wlidely available here. I need to do some patching and don't know the name of this wonderful product. Anybody out there have any ideas? It comes in squares with a peel off back and applies directly to the hull. It is a dull red color. It works quite well but I need to buy some more to patch some spots. I would appreciate any help. Thanks, Joe
