+++++++++++++++ Weekly Mooring Rate in Onset ++++++++++++++
I have had several folks ask about mooring availability in Onset for the week proceeding and after the July 17/18 Rendezvous. PIYC has provided a weekly rate of $75.00 for those boats, mine included, who are coming up the weekend prior to the event. I can not take the time needed to cruise from New York to Onset over the work week so I will be heading up the weekend of July 4, 1999 and leaving the boat on mooring. After working the week following the event, I will be returning to Onset to begin my cruise back to New York on July 24-25 (perhaps with a strategically placed sick day on Friday).
Please let me know if you are interested in securing a weekly mooring so I can place you directly in touch with the PIYC Dock Master.
FYI - 24 secured reservations with a few more still expected!!!!

I can't make the Onset event, due to prior plans for a landlubber's week on the Vineyard, but if a stop at Westbrook, Connecticut fits into your plans for either the trip up or back, drop me an email...
We dock our CD28 Power at Pilot's Point, where there are usually plenty of transient berths. I am a reconstructed raghanger; this is our first powerboat after many years of sailing...
