30' Ketch question

Looking at a 30' Ketch tp purchase and a couple of things are different on this boat.

First it has a tiller and acording to the information I see on this site. The ketch was not offered that way.

The boat also has five opening ports per side rather than 4 that I see on others.

ANyone have any coments about that?

the early ones had 5 ports per side, pilot berths and a worm type wheel instead of a pedestal. I think I had seen a picture of a tiller 30K a few years back but they would be rather rare
