CD25 wirh Evinrude 9.9 4 cycle?

I am considering a Evinrude 9.9 4 cycle for my CD25 "75 #288. Will it fit and how are the new Evinrude 4 cycle engines in general?

I'll bet it is too big. You may have to do some modifications. I tried an 8hp Honda in my well and the motor was too big.
